Taradale, located in the north-east part of Calgary, Alberta province, Canada is a residential neighborhood. It is situated at the eastern corner of the city and is bounded on the east by 68 Street E, to the north by Taradale Drive, to the west by Falconridge Boulevard, and the south by 64 Avenue N. The airport is situated to the west of the community.
The neighborhood of Taradale was established in the year 1984 long after it was annexed to the in the 1961 City of Calgary. All buildings in the neighborhood were single-family homes, and 10.4% of the housing was given out for rent.
The community of Taradale gives utmost importance to the education of their children and youth. The Public schools located here include the Ted Harrison Middle School and the Taradale Elementary School.
