Saddle Ridge, located in the in the north-east region of Calgary, Alberta is a residential neighborhood situated at the north-eastern corner of the city, and it is bounded on the east by 68 Street E, to the north by 96 Avenue N, to the west by 36 Street E and the south by McKnight Boulevard. The Calgary International Airport and the Saddle Ridge Industrial Area are located on the west side of the neighborhood.
The Saddle Ridge community from the beginning consisted only of agricultural lands, with an active association since the year 1970s. The western part of the region is called the Saddle Ridge Industrial and is marked for future commercial and industrial development.
The Saddle Ridge has a land area of 2.1 square miles and has numerous schools serving the community.
